Role Description The Recruiting Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the agency. This full-time, on-site position in Jaipur involves assisting with candidate communication, maintaining recruitment databases, and helping to organize onboarding and basic training activities. The intern will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand role requirements and help ensure a smooth and qualified candidate experience.





The role may also include preparing simple reports on recruitment progress and contributing ideas to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support talent acquisition activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with basic onboarding and orientation tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and maintaining skilled conduct.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR or recruitment software is an advantage.
