CPC Manager - Credit Life: Job Role: CPC Manager - Credit Life Function: Credit LifePOSITION OVERVIEWThe CPC Sales Manager - Credit Life is accountable for the profitable achievement of Credit Life sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and team managed. Candidates should be experienced in the Credit Life business, and experience with PSU Bank setups is preferred.ROLE OBJECTIVE & Key Areas
Achievement of Credit Life sales objectives: Business and Penetration.
Business Development (identifying recent avenues for expanding business within the banks).
Maintain healthy relationships with management in branch offices.
Relationship management and regular engagement with branch managers and leadership teams to support sales growth.




Adherence to all IRDA regulations and keeping pace with changes in the regulatory guidelines/framework for Life Insurance in general and particularly for bancassurance.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
2 to 8 years of core business management experience in the BFSI industry, including sales and service.
Preferably experienced in managing business and channel development in a bank or insurance industry.
