Role & responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
Contact potential customers and understand their HVAC/AC requirements.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with current and existing customers.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits as required.
Promote the company's HVAC products and services to prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
