Conduct radio deployments and ensure effective interference mitigation.
Utilize monitoring tools and techniques, including spectrum and IP analyzers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radio solutions.
Maintain a strong understanding of radio propagation and communication protocols.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Foster a results-driven environment through effective teamwork and communication.

Skills Required:
Solid understanding of WiFi protocols and LTE technologies.




7 to 10 years of experience in radio deployments within industrial settings.
Knowledge of radio propagation principles and RF planning.
Experience with spectrum analyzers, IP analyzers, and monitoring tools.
Ability to troubleshoot RF interference and optimize network performance.
Robust technical coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Education:
B.E. or B.Tech in Engineering.
Master's degree preferred.
