Recruitment Intern

Location: Jaipur

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months

PPO: Performance-based chance for a full time role after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct cold calling with candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest.
Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate records, recruitment data, and regular follow-ups with applicants.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Skills Required:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
Comfortable with cold calling and regular candidate interaction.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals will be an advantage.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
