Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of Bengaluru sales and branch performance. Sell AXN CRM, Call Track AI and other Saa S-based business solutions.

Manage Tally

Prime sales, renewals, services and implementation opportunities. Understand customer problems and recommend suitable automation solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and close qualified prospects. Develop and execute regional marketing and lead-generation plans. Build relationships with MSMEs, CAs, accountants and channel partners. Recruit, train and develop the Bengaluru sales and coordination team. Monitor leads, follow-ups, quotations and closures through CRM. Coordinate with AXN's technical, service, marketing and implementation teams. Build a predictable pipeline and submit weekly performance reports.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2 B software sales. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing business solutions.

Experience in team handling and performance development. Robust product-presentation, negotiation and closing skills.



Working knowledge of Tally Prime and business accounting processes. Ability to create and execute local marketing strategies. Solid CRM usage, follow-up and reporting discipline.

Existing

Bengaluru MSME, CA or channel-partner network will be an advantage.

Language

Requirements

Kannada communication is mandatory. Strong working English is required. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage. Ideal Candidate
