GOLD LOAN OFFICER

Position: Gold Loan Officer

Location: Delhi

Experience: 26 Years

Salary: 20–30% Hike on Current CTC |

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Only relevant BFSI experience is mandatory.

Candidates should preferably be from Banking sector, especially AU Small Finance Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank or other leading banks.

2–4 years of hands-on Gold Loan experience preferred.

Strong experience in Gold Appraisal, Business Sourcing & Portfolio Management.

Candidates must have a proven track record in their domain.

Positive employment stability is required; candidates with frequent job changes will not be preferred.

Solid customer handling, relationship management and business development skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Gold loan customer acquisition and business sourcing.

Gold appraisal and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.

Managing the existing Gold Loan portfolio.

Generating leads through branch/field activities and references.

Achieving assigned business and revenue targets.

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Ensuring smooth coordination for loan processing and disbursement.

SIGNIFICANT

Only candidates with relevant BFSI + Gold Loan experience will be considered.
