Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to oversee customer retention, payment collections, and client satisfaction within the US market. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, mitigate churn, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and secure timely payment collections from existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with clients to improve overall customer retention.
Identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive measures to prevent cancellations.
Handle customer objections, resolving escalations regarding refunds or policy queries.




Collaborate with sales, operations, and academic teams to streamline the student journey.
Track, update, and manage customer interaction data within the CRM.
Execute strategies for renewals, account upgrades, and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications & Eligibility
Proven experience in Customer Retention, Customer Success, Account Management, or International Sales.
Experience within the EdTech sector or an international process (US market preferred).
Robust verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work permanent night shifts aligned with US business hours.
