Restaurant Manager – Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Rooms

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including stewards, servers, and supervisors.
Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food-safety standards, and workplace procedures.
Conduct staff briefings and monitor team performance.
Coordinate with management regarding sales targets, operational issues, and improvements.
Ensure the restaurant is properly set up before service and closed according to procedures.




Support promotional activities and help improve customer satisfaction and restaurant performance.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor.
Experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage staff and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive knowledge of English; knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
