However, applicants must have excellent telephone communication skills, solid sales acumen, and the confidence to engage prospective clients through outbound calls. /n We are an Indian-owned company with an established team of Indian nationals, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for Indian employees. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

Research and identify potential customers.

/n
Generate, qualify, and nurture sales prospects.

/n
Understand prospects' requirements and determine their suitability.

/n
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

/n
Follow up consistently with prospects by telephone, email, and other communication channels.

/n
Build professional relationships with potential clients.

/n
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

/n
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Minimum two years of professional work experience.

/n
BPO, call-center, inside-sales, telecalling, or lead-generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

/n
Sharp sales acumen and exceptional telephone communication skills are essential.

/n
Excellent spoken English.

/n
Confident, persuasive, energetic, and comfortable making outbound calls.

/n
Ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and identify genuine sales opportunities.

/n
International calling or sales experience is an advantage.

/n
Target-oriented, disciplined, and equipped with a strong sales mindset.

/n
Willing and able to relocate to, work, and live in China.
