Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, staff supervision, customer service, and food & beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and basic cost control.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Prepare daily reports and support sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Good leadership, communication,



and team-management skills.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food & beverage operations, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts when required.
