Role Description The Sales Engineer will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad, engaging with industrial customers to understand their automation and hardware requirements and propose suitable solutions from the company’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical discussions, preparing quotations, supporting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design.

The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers,



and providing post-sale technical support where needed.

The Sales

Engineer will also document customer requirements, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales targets through proactive business development activities.

Qualifications
Solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service to manage leads, build long-term relationships, and support customers throughout the sales cycle.
Effective Communication skills for explicit technical explanations, presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of industrial automation products such as motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, visit customer locations, and manage field activities as required.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Prior experience in industrial or automation sales is preferred but not mandatory.
