Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full time, in office position based in Vadodara.

The Sales

Engineer will engage with industrial customers to understand their filtration needs, propose suitable filter cartridges and systems, and prepare technical and commercial offers.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

The Sales

Engineer will also participate in site visits, basic troubleshooting, and training sessions to help customers optimize the performance of R + B Filter products.

Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering. Preferably from Mechanical or chemical stream.
MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
An individual with travelling experience.
Valuable knowhow regarding industrial belts in the western part of India.
