About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented sales professional to drive sales of modular kitchens and office furniture.

This is primarily a field/project sales role. The candidate will be responsible for generating opportunities, developing relationships, meeting customers and influencers, following up on enquiries and converting opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent sales opportunities through architects, interior designers, contractors, corporate clients and direct customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers and prospective customers.
Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
Present suitable kitchen and furniture solutions and prepare/follow up on quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to negotiation and order closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups and an updated sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with design,



showroom and operations teams for smooth execution of confirmed projects.
Develop recent customer relationships and continuously expand the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM/MIS reports of leads, follow-ups, opportunities and closures.

Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in field sales / project sales / consultative sales.
Experience in modular kitchens, office furniture, interiors, building materials, architectural products, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting or similar industries will be preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field visits and customer meetings.
Should have a strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
Ability to independently manage leads and take them through to closure.

Important This is NOT a purely showroom or walk-in sales position. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to handling showroom walk-ins/counter sales may not be suitable.
