Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Udaipur.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business prospects, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and group bookings, to drive room and event revenue.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client visits and property tours, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts within set guidelines. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with operations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The Sales

Executive will also support local marketing initiatives,



participate in sales events, and provide regular reporting on market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications
Proven sales skills in hospitality or related service industry, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in meeting clients, conducting property tours, and handling negotiations.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email and phone communication for day-to-day sales operations.
Customer service mindset with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and accounts in a quick-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
Prior experience in hotel sales, travel trade, or tourism sector is an advantage.
Comfort working with diverse teams and clients, with a professional, inclusive, and ethical approach to all interactions.
