Role & responsibilities
Administer and maintain Salesforce environments with a focus on compliance and governance.
Ensure Salesforce changes adhere to SOX and ITGC requirements.
Perform periodic user access reviews, permission audits, and security control validations.
Manage profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Support quarterly and annual audit activities, evidence collection, and remediation efforts.
Drive change management, release management, and deployment governance processes.
Generate and analyze reports, dashboards, and metrics using Salesforce reporting capabilities and SOQL.
Troubleshoot integrations, API issues, connected applications, and access-related incidents.
Coordinate with Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Business stakeholders.
Manage backup, restoration, and workplace health activities.

Preferred candidate profile
4 to 9 years of overall experience.




4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in enterprise settings.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience in SOX Compliance, ITGC Controls, Audit Support, and User Access Reviews.
Robust understanding of:
Profiles
Roles
Permission Sets
Sharing Rules
Security Controls
Experience with Change Management, Release Management, and Deployment Governance.
Knowledge of SOQL, Reports, Dashboards, and Salesforce Security Architecture.
Experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and connected apps.
Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
Experience with Copado, Git, OwnBackup, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
