Handle incoming leads and understand clients’ property requirements.

Convert leads into customers through effective sales and follow-up.

Make regular cold calls to prospective clients.

Schedule and conduct property/site visits with interested clients.

Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.

Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.





Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to closure.

Required Skills Minimum 2 years of sales experience Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in lead generation and cold calling.

Robust ability to convert leads into customers.

Comfortable with conducting site visits and meeting clients.

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
