Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after?sales support
Product and Store Management
Maintain product display, folding, tagging, and arrangement according to store standards
Keep the store clean, organized, and well?stocked
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting
Stay updated on current arrivals, promotions, and ongoing offers
Operational and Administrative Duties




Process customer purchases, handle billing, and ensure accurate transactions
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, customization, and stock management
Prepare daily sales reports and updates for management
Participate in exhibitions, promotions, or in?store events to boost sales
Performance and Relationship Building
Identify and generate current business opportunities through walk?ins, referrals, and promotions
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients where applicable
Monitor sales data to identify improvement areas
