Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure valuable customer service and maintain service quality.
Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Use basic MS Office tools such as Excel and Word for day-to-day work.
Work effectively in a remote/WFH workplace and maintain the required login hours.
