We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Honda 2-Wheeler sales team at Uttarpara & Serampore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, valuable communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and understand their 2-wheeler requirements.
Explain Honda 2-wheeler models, features, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and local activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements
Previous experience in Sales is mandatory.
Experience in automobile, 2-wheeler, or retail sales will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Willingness to work towards sales targets.
Valid 2-Wheeler Driving Licence (2W DL) is an added advantage.
Candidates who are comfortable with field visits and local travel are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
