Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our tyre distribution network. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in tyre sales, distributor/dealer management, market development, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Manage and strengthen relationships with tyre distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Plan and execute territory-wise sales and promotional strategies.




Ensure regular market visits and maintain strong channel relationships.
Manage sales team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
Monitor stock availability, order flow, collections, and outstanding payments.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
35+ years of experience in tyre, automotive, FMCG, or distribution sales.
Strong understanding of dealer/distributor/channel sales.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
