Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salsify PXM Lead with strong expertise in the Salsify Product Experience Management Platform . The candidate will be responsible for leading technical solutions, managing team activities, and delivering scalable product experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salsify PXM.
Lead and manage the technical team to deliver project objectives.
Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Salsify.
Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive best practices, quality, and productivity across the team.
Support integrations and API-based solutions where required.




Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Salsify Product Experience Management (PXM).
Robust hands-on experience with Salsify PXM Platform.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Prior experience in a lead/SME role is preferred.

Education
15 years of full time education required.
