Job Purpose To source mortgage files through internal and external channels and achieve sales targets. To cross-sell products and ensure smooth disbursal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Files

Source files through internal and external channels.

Assist customers with login to disbursal formalities.

Liaise with customers, operations, credit, and CPU for smooth disbursal.

Conduct lead generation activities and ensure quality improvement.

Personally meet at least 10 customers monthly and update CRM.

Cross Selling

Ensure full insurance coverage at disbursal.

Engage with customers for cross-sell prospects.





Coordinate with insurance partners and address customer queries.

Channel Management

Meet branches and update Cogent system.

Conduct joint calls, review leads, and provide feedback.

Deliver product training and updates on offers and rates.

Engage and train DSA channels to improve file sourcing.

Education:

Graduation in Marketing or Sales; Post-graduation preferred.
