We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us reach more schools, institutions, and aspiring learners.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Present, promote, and sell our courses, workshops, and technical programs to schools, students, and institutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Handle objections professionally and follow up to close sales.
Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and lead generation events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of services sold.
Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Science preferred).
1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, field sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language).
Robust negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
Strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in the education, edtech, or aerospace sector.
Multilingual ability (English + regional language such as Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu).
Familiarity with digital outreach and lead generation techniques.
