Sales Intern/ Trainee: US Sales

Role: Full Time (Post 3 months paid internship)

As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of the sales process. This internship provides a hands-on chance to gain valuable experience in sales, customer interaction, and business development.

The intern will work closely with sales professionals, learning about the company's products/services, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify sales opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.

Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, preparing sales documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in creating and maintaining sales collateral and presentations.

Customer Interaction:




Communicate with existing and potential clients to gather information and address inquiries.
Participate in client meetings or calls alongside sales professionals.

Sales Meetings and Reporting:
Attend sales meetings to observe and learn from sales discussions and presentations.
Compile reports on sales activities, leads, and results.

Product Knowledge:
Learn about the company's products or services and stay updated on changes or enhancements.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing or customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic sales team.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and principles is a plus.
