Key Responsibilities

Generate recent leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and other channels.

Visit potential customers and understand their solar requirements.

Explain solar products, systems, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team when required.

Prepare and submit quotations and proposals to customers.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Coordinate with the documentation, installation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Maintain valuable relationships with existing and potential customers.





Provide regular updates on daily visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Monitor competitors and market trends.

Ensure proper communication of customer requirements and site location to the concerned team.

Handle customer queries and support them throughout the sales process.

Ensure timely collection of payments as per company requirements.

Key Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Robust customer-handling ability.

Sales and convincing skills.

Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is preferred

Or Experience in EV Charging Station/ Lightening protection system sales
