Aquaconnect is looking for Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers to join our growing team.

Desired Qualification:
Any Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: B.Sc. Aquaculture, BFSc, B.Sc. Agriculture, Marine Science, or any Science degree
Candidates with shrimp farming knowledge are also welcome to apply

Experience:
1–4 years in Aquaculture or Agriculture Sales
Immediate joiners are preferred

Job Responsibilities
Visit shrimp farmers and provide technical guidance on new pond preparation, pond management, disease management, feed management, and water quality management.
Conduct product demonstrations and recommend Aquaconnect products based on farmers' requirements.
Develop current Aqua Partners (Distributors) and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build robust relationships with farmers, dealers,



and distributors.
Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and distributors.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Desired profile:
Knowledge of aquaculture or shrimp farming.
Positive communication skills in Telugu and Kannada. Basic English knowledge is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and learn contemporary shrimp farming practices.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
