Role & responsibilities
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Identify and approach recent customers and business prospects.
Visit customers, distributors, retailers, and other market locations as required.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Support order generation, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer data.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Learn and follow company sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling practices.
