Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
4 years of overall Salesforce experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud Billing
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle
Experience with:
Salesforce CPQ • Orders, Order Products, and Amendments • Billing Schedules, Invoicing, Payments, and Credits
Solid Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Process Automation, Approval Processes)
Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components (hands-on or positive understanding)
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
Solid understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Agentforce Revenue Cloud Billing
Salesforce Certifications (any of the following preferred):
Salesforce CPQ Specialist • Revenue Cloud Consultant • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Experience in Telecom, Media, SaaS, or Subscription-based business models
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
