Position Title : Salesforce Automation Tester

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 5+ Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Automation Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality releases, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Design scalable and reusable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
Automate UI, functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Salesforce Testing
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Apex, and Lightning components.
Perform testing for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.
Verify data integrity and business process workflows across Salesforce modules.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

Defect Management
Identify, analyze,



document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring defects.

Quality Assurance
Participate in requirement reviews and test planning activities.
Prepare test strategies, test cases, and test execution reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and best practices.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.

Continuous Improvement
Enhance automation coverage and execution efficiency.
Recommend testing best practices and process improvements.
Contribute to framework optimization and reusable component development.
