ROLE &
RESPOSIBLITY:
Lead sales of LT &
HT switchboards
Drive aggressive revenue growth and order booking targets
Develop recent business, key accounts, and project pipeline
Expand presence in EPC, industrial, and utility segments
Achieve annual turnover growth as per company targets
Strengthen dealer, consultant, and contractor network
Lead and mentor sales team for performance improvement
Coordinate with technical and project teams for execution

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electrical). MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
15+ years of relevant experience (Worked in organisation of 100+ cr)
Solid knowledge of LT/HT switchboards & switchgear industry
Proven track record in revenue growth & large order acquisition
Strategic sales planning and business expansion capability
Solid client relationship and negotiation skills
