Position: Sales & Operations Executive The Living Influence is an E commerce marketplace hosting Leading Indian Designers in the Luxury Interior Decor space.

We are looking for a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a strong desire to learn, grow, and close sales. We are not a manufacturing company but work with multiple brands that help create beautiful pieces that sell.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customer enquiries and leads.
Build robust relationships with customers and assist them throughout the buying journey.
Convert enquiries into orders through proactive communication.
Negotiate pricing and discounts within company guidelines.
Create quotations and proforma invoices.
Coordinate with vendors on production, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
Provide customer support and regular order updates.




Assist with day-to-day sales and operational activities.

Minimum Qualifications : BBA preferred / Graduate Minimum Experience : Maximum of 2 years of experience in online lead conversion and vendor interaction.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Friday. Sometimes Saturday may be WFH or in the office.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
