Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd. is seeking a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Skilled to join our dynamic team in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers with loan requirements.
Understand customer loan requirements and provide relevant information.
Explain suitable loan products and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful cases.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by management.





Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, preferably in the BFSI/Loan/Financial Services sector.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/email.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Skilled and presentable personality.
