Sales Manager – Home Loans

About the Role A fast-growing fintech based in Gurugram is looking for a high-performing Home Loan Sales Manager to support and scale its home loan business.

If you have a strong understanding of home loan sales, excel at customer and partner management, and thrive in a quick-paced environment, this role offers significant ownership, growth, and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end to end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.
Develop a strong understanding of financial products across various banks and financial institutions.
Track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, product messaging, and sales requirements.

What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in home loan sales or business development, preferably within the financial services ecosystem.
Ability to take end to end ownership and drive results independently.
Strong capabilities in client acquisition,



key account management, and channel partnerships.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Customer centric and solution oriented approach.
Strong understanding of home loan products, processes, and financial solutions.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
MBA from a reputed institution preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
