We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our EV scooter sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, driving customer engagement, and expanding the dealership’s market presence.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for River electric scooters.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Generate enquiries and improve customer walk-ins, test rides, and conversions.
Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.
Identify current business prospects and potential customer segments.




Ensure proper product presentation and communicate EV features, benefits, and financing options to customers.
Coordinate with Finance, Service, and Operations teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and skilled showroom standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
