Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP FICO implementation, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Handle SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
Support integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.




Work with business users to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects as required.

Required Skills
3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP FI and CO.
Positive understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Experience in SAP configuration and production support.
Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP SD.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.

Preferred
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in implementation or rollout projects.
Positive understanding of business process documentation and testing methodologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
