Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Senior Consultant / Architect with strong expertise in SAP BTP Extension and Integration capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable BTP solutions, integrations, and backend extensions aligned with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop SAP BTP backend extensions using appropriate BTP services and development frameworks.
Develop and maintain integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, particularly Cloud Integration (CPI).
Design and implement integration flows (iFlows) between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Work extensively with API Management for API creation, security, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Develop scalable and secure integration architectures across SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.
Work on BTP-based extensions using technologies such as CAP, RAP, Node.js/Java or other relevant frameworks.
Participate in technical architecture, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot integration and BTP application issues and provide technical solutions.




Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, development teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure solutions follow SAP clean-core principles, security standards, and development best practices.
Support migration and modernization initiatives involving SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP BTP.
Robust experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
Strong experience in API Management.
Experience in developing SAP BTP backend extensions.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA integration.
Experience in designing and developing iFlows.
Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData and APIs.
Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth and certificates.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model).
SAP RAP.
Node.js / Java.
SAP Fiori / UI5.
SAP Event Mesh.
SAP Datasphere.
SAP PI/PO to CPI migration experience.
Knowledge of SAP Clean Core and extensibility principles.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
