Key Responsibilities
Guide and counsel students/professionals about academic programs and career pathways.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and resolve queries.
Counsel students on program perks, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and counselling targets.
Build robust rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term association.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience as an Academic Counsellor/Student Advisor/Telecounsellor (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
