About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in telecalling/counselling, and the ability to effectively handle leads and coordinate with students.

Candidates with an education, training, ed-tech, or academic counselling background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Coordinate with students regarding course details, counselling sessions, enrolment, and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing students.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments through effective counselling.
Maintain accurate lead and student records.
Follow up with interested students and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for counselling sessions and student requirements.
Achieve assigned calling,



follow-up, and enrolment targets.
Provide a positive and qualified student experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Ed-Tech, Education, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Experience in handling leads and student follow-ups.
Dedicated, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
Good coordination and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable handling regular outbound and inbound calls.
Education/Academic Counselling background will be highly preferred.
