Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 MFCS Support Engineer with robust hands-on knowledge of Oracle MFCS and the Retail Merchandising domain. The candidate will primarily be responsible for production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across MFCS applications and processes.

Key Responsibilities
MFCS – 60–70%
Provide L2 production/application support for Oracle MFCS.
Strong knowledge of MFCS Stock Ledger and inventory-related processes.
Good understanding of WAC (Weighted Average Cost) and costing processes.
Support Month-End activities , including monitoring and troubleshooting critical processes.
Provide production support during weekends and month-end activities as required.
Troubleshoot and support Merchandising APIs and related integrations.
Good understanding of POM (Process Orchestration Manager) .




Monitor and troubleshoot MFCS Base Jobs and batch processes.
Analyze application logs, job failures, interfaces, and production issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide appropriate resolutions.
Prepare RCA/documentation for recurring or critical production issues.
Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines .
