The Role
Your primary responsibility is finding the right businesses, surfacing the right pain, and getting qualified decision-makers onto a discovery call with our team. Quality SQLs over volume, always. High-performing SDRs will have the prospect to take on a broader scope within the sales process after an initial period of shadowing and performance review.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients that meet our ICP




Conduct outbound outreach via email and calls using agreed tools and messaging frameworks
Book qualified discovery calls between prospects and the Leoserve sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status in the CRM
Shadow discovery and closing calls when invited to do so by the team
Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, lead quality, and pipeline status

Who We Are Looking For
At least 5 years of outbound B2B tech sales experience
Comfortable with both email and call-based outreach and can run a structured multi-touch sequence
Qualifies rigorously before booking. An unqualified call wastes everyone's time
Self-managed and does not need to be chased for updates or output
Experienced with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms
Available to overlap with North American business hours for meetings and outreach
Strong written English communication skills
