Key Focus: Day-to-day billing management, SAP system operations, advanced Excel maintenance, and handling commercial email correspondence in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Billing & SAP: Generating, verifying, and processing invoices, delivery challans, and tax documents accurately within SAP; tracking ledgers and inventory alignment.
Excel Reporting: Maintaining complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and preparing MIS reports.
Commercial Communication: Drafting and responding to skilled commercial emails with vendors, clients, and internal teams in English.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, data entry, or SAP operations (corporate/manufacturing/warehouse background preferred).
Technical Skills: Robust working proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel.
Communication: Positive written and verbal English skills for business correspondence.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
