Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core
Build and consume RESTful APIs
Write and execute SQL queries (DDL & DML)
Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues
Follow OOP principles and coding best practices
Use Git/version control for code management
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of C# and .NET 8 fundamentals
Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, Request/Response lifecycle
Familiarity with ASP.NET Core MVC / Web API
Basic knowledge of SQL Server / MySQL / Relational Databases
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Ability to write, analyze, and explain code solutions
Beginner exposure to backend frameworks such as .NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Spring, or Spring Boot is a plus
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core is an advantage
