Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT) - Hindi Qualifications: B.A/M.A in Hindi + B.Ed , Knowledge of ICT , * Valuable Communication Skills & Fluency in English too

Core Purpose:To develop a high level of proficiency in Hindi language, focusing on correct pronunciation (Ucharan), creative expression and appreciation for Hindi literature and culture.

Key Responsibilities: Teach Hindi grammar (Vyakaran), vocabulary and literature through engaging methods. Conduct "Hasya Kavi Sammelans," debate, and recitation (Kavita Path) competitions. Improve students' handwriting (Sulekh) and creative writing skills in Devanagari script. Bridge the gap between conversational Hindi and formal academic Hindi.

Subject Competencies: Excellent command over Hindi Vyakaran and Sahitya. Mastery of Phonetics to ensure students develop correct pronunciation and diction. * Ability to use multimedia tools (Hindi audio-visuals) to make language learning fun.
