Required Skills:
Solid programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and Prompt Engineering.
Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and AI Agent frameworks.
Experience building RAG solutions and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Azure AI Search.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Spark.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.




5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in AI/ML development.
Experience delivering production-grade AI solutions in enterprise settings.

Preferred Skills:
Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
Fine-Tuning and Model Optimization
AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Security Controls
Experience with transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain domains
Microsoft AI certifications (AI-102, DP-100) preferred.
