To ensure timely, accurate, and effective dispatch of finished goods to customers while maintaining inventory control, warehouse operations, documentation compliance, and coordination with logistics, production, planning, and sales teams.
Ensure proper storage, binning, racking, location tracking, and FIFO compliance for all materials and finished goods.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and reconcile inventory variances.
Identify non-moving, slow-moving, obsolete, expired, and shelf-life materials and coordinate with management and cross-functional teams for liquidation actions.
Plan and execute daily dispatches as per customer schedules, dispatch plans, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate with logistics teams and transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch execution.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve dispatch constraints and ensure on-time deliveries.
Ensure finished goods are packed, staged, and ready as per dispatch priorities and customer requirements.
Verify material, quantity, part number, invoice, packing list,



and customer-specific requirements before dispatch.
Prepare, verify, and control dispatch documents including Invoice, Packing List, LR, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, and Test Certificates.
Complete PGI and dispatch transactions in SAP/ERP within defined timelines.
Support packing and dispatch activities, including PGI, invoice verification, and dispatch documentation in SAP.
Monitor loading activities, vehicle turnaround time, and ensure effective dispatch operations with minimum delays.
Analyze dispatch errors, transit damages, delivery failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Share daily dispatch status, Plan vs. Actual reports, pending dispatch reports, and customer shipment updates with stakeholders.
Prepare and share inventory, inward, outward, dispatch MIS reports, and operational performance reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process automation, error reduction, inventory accuracy enhancement, and improved loading verification systems
