We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Captain to lead front-of-house dining operations in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise service staff, maintain luxury hospitality standards, and coordinate smooth restaurant operations during service hours.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide captains, stewards, and service associates during operations.
Ensure guests receive qualified, personalized, and prompt service.
Handle table allocations, reservations, and guest seating coordination.
Take and review food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service delivery.
Train junior staff on fine dining etiquette, menu knowledge, wine service,



and grooming standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and restaurant ambiance according to SOPs.
Upsell menu items, chef specials, and premium beverages.
Maintain inventory of service equipment and report shortages or damages.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
