We are looking for experienced specialists to support one of our banking clients in their tax operations process. Job duties include
Manage delivery across entities or Countries
Approve complex reconciliations, exceptions and adjustments within authority.
Lead root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation for material issues.
Maintain controls, procedures, lineage and evidence standards.
Build an automation and standardisation pipeline and track benefits.
Report service, quality, risk, ageing and improvement actions.
Track service timelines and quality measures.
Experience Required
CA with 6+ years post-qualification, or non-CA with 8+ years relevant experience.
At least 4 years for CAs, or 6 years for non-CAs, in relevant tax or data operations.
Skills Required
Solid tax data, accounting flow, reconciliation and control governance knowledge.
Advanced Excel and practical automation, analytics and visualisation experience.
Stakeholder management, prioritisation, decisions and team leadership.
Ability to manage independently and lead a team or major workstream
Preferred Skills
Translate technical issues into transparent business impacts and actions.
