The Senior Associate - Admission & Billing will be responsible for managing the patient admission process and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing for services rendered. This role involves coordination with various departments to streamline patient flow, oversee documentation, and maintain compliance with hospital policies. You will assist patients with the admission process, provide them with necessary information regarding their stay, and address queries related to billing.

You will also be responsible for conducting audits of billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the admission process for patients, ensuring a smooth transition into the hospital.
Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on admission procedures, insurance details, and billing queries.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
Manage and verify insurance details and eligibility for patients prior to admission.
Prepare and review billing statements, ensuring that all services provided are accurately captured and billed.




Conduct regular audits of patient accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies, billing procedures, and insurance regulations.
Assist in training recent staff members regarding admission and billing processes.

Skills and Tools Required:
Solid knowledge of hospital admissions and billing procedures.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and billing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.

Educational Qualifications:
