Job Overview /n The Senior Artist will join our team-oriented group of people in the Interactive Game Development Department. The ideal candidate will work with a group of Artists, Engineers, and Game Designers to create both online first content and port AGS' proven land content to online. /n Responsibilities /n /n
Work closely with the Art Director and implement creative direction.

Provide concept art for new projects, including layout, color schemes, symbol concepts, background designs etc.

/n
Create digital paintings/illustrations, compositions/layouts, logos, UI elements.

/n
Consistently perform to high standards of accuracy and thoroughness within timelines.

/n
Actively participate and offer creative solutions to both art and game design challenges.

/n
Contribute to process improvements to increase productivity and the visual quality of the games.

/n
Collaborating with art team regarding best practices and processes relating to game development.

/n
Optimize existing game assets to meet online platform specifications and delivery requirements.

/n
Design visual content for marketing and promotional purposes as required.

/n




Keep abreast of new graphic techniques, trends and styles in the industry.

/n
Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Portfolio required.

/n
3+ years Professional Casino Industry Artist Experience or equivalent.

/n
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and be versatile to the ever-changing environment of a quick-growing company.

/n
Strong team collaboration skills.

/n
Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.

/n
Ability to take and give constructive feedback.

/n
Highly proficient in Photoshop.

/n
Experience with Jira

/n
Basic animation knowledge.

/n
After Effects, Spine and Unity skills/knowledge are pluses.
